Who we are

Dolphiq Ads AI ("the service") is operated by Dolphiq, Bilthoven, the Netherlands. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to info@dolphiq.nl.

What data we process

  • Account data: your name, email address, language, country, and workspace membership.
  • Google data you connect: when you connect a Google account, we access, with your permission, your Google Ads data (campaigns, ads, keywords, search terms, and performance metrics), aggregated Google Analytics 4 metrics (sessions, users, engagement, conversion events, traffic channels), and Google Search Console data (clicks, impressions, positions, and queries). We only read this data; we never change anything in your Google accounts.
  • Landing page content: the public content of web pages you submit for analysis, including competitor pages you map.

How we use it

We use this data for one purpose: providing the features you see in the service. That means auditing your landing pages, judging how well pages and ads match, comparing pages against competitors, detecting wasted ad spend, and writing your reports and digests. Page content and advertising data are processed by our AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate these analyses; under our API agreements with these providers, your data is not used to train their models.

Google user data and Limited Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google data is only used to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
  • We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except to provide the features (for example to the AI providers generating your analyses), for security purposes, or to comply with law.
  • Humans do not read this data unless you ask us to (support), it is required for security or legal reasons, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.

Storage, security, and retention

Data is stored on secured infrastructure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and access within your workspace is limited by the roles you assign. Synced data is retained while your workspace uses the connected source; disconnecting a Google account or unlinking a data source removes its synced data, and deleting your account removes your personal data.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service: our hosting provider, our AI providers (to generate analyses), and our email provider (to deliver invitations, reports, and digests).

Your controls

  • Disconnect a Google account or unlink a data source at any time under Settings > Integrations.
  • Revoke our access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Delete your account under Settings > Profile, which removes your personal data.
  • For access, correction, or deletion requests under the GDPR, contact info@dolphiq.nl.

Changes

When this policy changes materially we will update this page and note the new date above.
